These are the most frequently asked and probably the hardest questions in anyone’s entrepreneurial journey.

So in this week’s episode, I asked entrepreneurs to call their shots during our LevelUp Summit in Dallas, Texas, and we’ve got it all compiled just for you.

These entrepreneurs talk about building impactful businesses while living on their own terms, leveraging software to scale their businesses, and why being part of a community matters.

What’s Your Why?

If you ask any entrepreneurs why they started a business, most would say it’s about freedom.

Nothing beats the freedom of being your own boss. With freedom, you can make your own schedule and pursue things you will most likely stick to in the long run, even if the going gets tough.

However, starting your own business can be risky – ask any entrepreneurs, and they’ll say the same thing.

So we’ve asked some entrepreneurs, and here are some of the answers that stood out for me on why they do what they do.

“I want to be able to help people. I’d like to take some of my wealth and really have a positive impact in some way, shape, or form.”

“I want to do nonprofits as well, you know, and some other backgrounds and faith and other like mental health and stuff like that.”

” So yeah, we’re looking to grow the business and, you know, just really try to impact and help more people in the Amazon space.”

“And the reason why it’s because what we do is so impactful. So we help real estate investors get off-market deals, but we also help them get virtual Latin American employees so they can be better bosses and CEOs. And we can actually increase the efficiency of doing this through tech.”

“My company finally crossed 100k a month, which is another thing. It’s all about, like you said, with intention, like nothing I do is by accident, right? Create a strategy. We implemented… we focused on impact… on results over money. Money is always the byproduct of the impact on results.”

Given that you already figured out your big why, is that already enough?

The HOW

Successful entrepreneurs consider failing not an end game but the start of everything.

However, most entrepreneurs don’t know that your WHY is as good as your HOW.

You can make all the vision boards you want or read as many business books as you can, but your actions will determine whether you will make it or not.

But it’s not just any action. It has to be specific and timely.

And in this age of technology, the possibilities are endless.
