Many SaaSpreneurs delay sales because they believe they must fully understand the entire process.

However, the truth is that if you think you need to be an absolute expert in every aspect of your business before providing value, you’ll ultimately fail to deliver any value at all.

So in this episode, I have the privilege of sitting down with Shaun Clark, the co-founder of HighLevel, during one of our mastermind meetings.

Shaun and I delve into how HighLevel can assist you in reducing sales friction and enabling you, as an agency, to provide value to your SaaS customers promptly.

We also address the challenges that SaaSpreneurs encounter, HighLevel’s readily attainable opportunities, and the significance of human connection in SaaS entrepreneurship.

SaaSpreneurs’ Biggest Stumbling Block

I’ve seen it through a decade (and more) of being in the SaaS space.  And one of the most common reasons why SaaSpreneurs delay selling is the belief that they need to comprehend every aspect of their business.

They think they must be seasoned sales professionals before even attempting to make a sale. But here’s the truth: you don’t need to be an expert to get started.

Instead of striving for perfection, start with what you know, and adapt along the way.

Take, for example, this amazing lady during one of HighLevel’s Masterminds.

This lady stood up there and said, “I have no idea what he does, but I’ve sold five customers.”

Maybe she won’t know how to technically do this or that. But you know what? We at HighLevel can help her with that.

What matters is that she got the ball rolling and plucked up the courage to find her first five customers, which is a rather bigger and harder challenge.

The Power of Human Connection

Being in the SaaS space, it is easy to get swept away by all those groundbreaking ideas and disruptive innovations. Oh, I clearly understand that.

Don’t get me wrong; those aspects are crucial for success. However, what sets apart the truly remarkable SaaS ventures from the rest is their ability to foster meaningful human connections with their users, employees, and the broader community.

As Shaun Clark, co-founder of HighLevel, has pointed out in today’s conversation:

“Here’s what I think is amazing. I’ve talked to thousands of agencies. And I’ve admittedly talked to super smart people who knew what they were they were doing, and I’ve talked to maybe less smart people who clearly had no clue.

But I will tell you, I talked to many not-so-smart people who had no churn in their business, but because they were running a local digital agency with that one notch of knowledge above their customers, they kept that trust. And they sounded like an expert. And that was it. They were irreplaceable. So, it was that human connection that totally drove their whole business. And I think that has not changed.”

So instead of fretting over how you can create the next big software that can radically transform your customers’ lives (and forget human connection), you can have something like what you can get at the HighLevel store.

You can buy one thing and create an entire business around it. And here’s the fun part, you don’t have to know how any of it works, too, coz you have a team of technical support to help you with that.

To know more about how you can leverage HighLevel to start providing value to your customers WITHOUT losing that human connection, listen or watch the full episode above or HERE.
